Wally

Pronouns: He/They

Curated Play Program GM

Wally has been playing tabletop RPGs since the late nineties and he can tell you that he has enjoyed every single bit of it. It wasn’t until recently after he started actually DMing games outside of playing in them that a lot of the spaces did not tend to people like him, black and queer. So he made a promise to himself that he would do his best to cultivate and create safe gaming spaces for those in the Black/POC and LGBTQ+ community. His love of anime, video games, cartoons and comic books were always evident but once he got into the TTRPG scene he embraced it fully and applied it to every game he has played in. Wally’s style of GMIng involves storytelling and letting the player forge the tale they are all weaving. He does his best to make sure everyone has their amazing moments of cool, moments of action and romance so they all can walk away with memories they will remember forever.

Customer Testimonials

+

“Wally was so enthusiastic about our characters and was so much fun to world build with!” “The GM had WONDERFUL NPC’s and a very good intuitive understanding of player character backstory NPCs, and he was very good at adapting his story idea to make it work within the framework of the player character’s developed backstory – nothing felt limited or pushed at all, because his plot adapted to what we gave him, rather than trying to make us design our characters around his plot.” “I loved Wally’s narration and quick thinking! It was so incredible to see him build a story like on the fly with us as we threw more things at him as players.” “He did a great job making a Masks newbie like myself get comfortable with the rules and for helping me pick a playbook that matched my character concept. We did some terrific world-building as well!”
