Masks: Unbound Now Available as PDF and Pre-Order!

The Oneirocosm’s infinite eyeless gaze swept out across the Multitudes of Pancreation, the Omniversal Sea, the Floes of Instilled Existence, and what the Transcendental Being saw both pleased and worried them. ...there, Rena Massey leads her team on a daring raid into a Tangee holding facility. HUAC has new mech suits, armed with displacer cannons, but that’s not going to stop her. Lady Typhoon, the Silver Generation superhero, is being held here—alongside Rena’s mom. She can’t fail. She won’t. She peeks from behind a destroyed car and raises the walkie-talkie to her lips to signal her team into action… ...when Ariadna flicks her wrist and sends gale force winds into the door. It explodes inward, revealing the Spider’s goons on the other side. For a moment they only look at her, wide-eyed, and then their leader steps out from behind some crates, unsheathing her sword. “You made a mistake, little girl,” she says, pointing the blade’s tip at Ariadna. “You made the mistake the minute you came into our neighborhood,” Ariadna hisses back, and she crouches into a defensive posture… ...as Manuel ducks to the far wall of the gymnasium to avoid the ball of flame hurtling overhead. “Good move, short stuff!” shouts Sergeant S.U.R.G.E. from the side. Manuel barely has a moment to grin before his opponent comes soaring up overhead, his arms pumping and sending more fireballs raining downward. “But don’t get cocky,” Sarge snorts from the sidelines. Manuel spins around and wills the alien metals embedded in his bodies to spin out like ribbons, striking the fireballs out of the air and then ensnaring Hotshot (what a dumb name) in a cocoon of metal… ...but the crystalline megasaur only roared at Lani before flicking its tail and sending her flying to across the asteroid’s face. She thudded into the grey rock, powder rising up all around her as it stomped its feet and roared again. “Alright, punk,” she muttered, wiping the back of her hand across her mouth. “No way you’re keeping me from that Sonata piece. Let’s see you try this on for size.” She focused herself and absorbed the dust particles and rock all around her, increasing her density massively, and then with a new super-strength she lept straight for the beast, her fist extended forward, her whole body like a battering ram… ...but at the edges of it all, the Nihilactor gnawed at these worlds, chewed at them, trying to reduce them into infinitesimal nothingness, into flights of fancy. I will have to act, the Oneirocosm thought to themself in their haven beyond time. Perhaps these mortals may be of use.

Does your team of heroes have what it takes to explore the infinite varieties of the multiverse? Time to find out.
